Average Sale Price of Apartment Condos Increases 20 to 25% Annually Within a Number of Communities Across the Okanagan in the First Quarter of 2017

2017 Quarter One Okanagan Community Interactive Apartment Condo Real Estate Sales Report

 

In the first quarter of 2017 Central and North Okanagan apartment condo sales were greatest in the Kelowna communities of Kelowna North (Downtown) and Lower Mission where average sales prices ranged from $344k to $434k, and the West Kelowna community of West Bank where sale prices averaged $299k. Collectively, these three communities saw their representation of regional apartment home sales remain the same annually at 41%.

By the same comparison, annual growth of the average apartment condo sale price was greatest in the Kelowna communities of Kelowna South, Rutland North and Glenmore, all of which experienced price growth of 25%.
