Attached-Wall Home Sales Greatest in West Kelowna’s Westbank and Kelowna’s Rutland Area in the First Quarter of 2017, With Strong Price Growth Across the Region

2017 Quarter One Okanagan Community Interactive Attached-Wall Homes Real Estate Sales Report

 

In the first quarter of 2017 Central and North Okanagan attached-wall sales were greatest in the West Kelowna community of Westbank, and the Kelowna communities of Rutland North and Sprinfield/Spall where average attached-wall home sale prices ranged from $360k to $430k. Collectively, these three communities saw their representation of attached-wall home sales activity across the region increase by 3% annually.

By the same comparison, annual growth of the average attached-wall sale price was greatest in the Vernon community of Bella Vista (48%), the Lake Country East area (34%), and the Kelowna community of Rutland South (31%).
