Central Okanagan Residential Real Estate Trends: June 2017

Central Okagan sales of single family, attached-wall and apartment properties totaled 554 in June 2017, down -26.5% from the same month in 2016. By the same measure the average sale price was +13.0% higher (+13.0% year-to-date). That being said, price relief could be on its way to this market as sales-to-new listing ratio was more balanced in June (56% in June 2017) while overall inventory levels were higher than they have been in over 13 months.
