In the second quarter of 2017 Central and North Okanagan attached-wall home sales were greatest in the West Kelowna neighourhood of Westbank (43) and the Kelowna Neighbourhoods of Springfield/Spall (37) and Rutland North (32).

Across these three neighbourhoods the average sold price of an attached-wall home ranged from $363,049 to $431,926 in 2017Q2 (quarter-to-quarter growth in these average prices ranged from -2% to +5%).

Across all North and Central Okanagan neighborhoods the average sold price of an attached-wall home ranged from $199,091 to $706,000 in 2017Q2 (quarter-to-quarter growth in these average prices ranged from -21% to +57%).
