2017 Quarter 2 Okanagan Community Interactive Apartment Condo Real Estate Sales Report

In the second quarter of 2017 Central and North Okanagan apartment condo sales were greatest in the Kelowna neighourhoods of Lower Mission (89 sales), Kelowna North (86), and the West Kelowna neighbourhood of Westbank (51).

Across these three neighbourhoods the average sold price of an apartment condo ranged from $337,730 to $417,438 in 2017Q2 (quarter-to-quarter growth in these average prices ranged from +8% to +10%).

Across all North and Central Okanagan neighborhoods the average sold price of an apartment condo ranged from $337,730 to $417,438 in 2017Q2 (quarter-to-quarter growth in these average prices ranged from -22% to +36%).
