North Okanagan Residential Real Estate Trends: September 2017
North Okanagan sales of single family, attached-wall and apartment properties totaled 157 in September 2017, which is equal when compared to the same month in 2016.
By the same measure the average sale price was +10% higher (+7% year-to-date). Strong price growth in the North Okanagan continues to be encouraged by extremely high sales-to-listing ratios that ranged from 74% for single family homes to a whopping 145% for apartment condos in September 2017.
Overall, inventory levels that are down 18% from this time last year.
