North Okanagan Residential Real Estate Trends: October 2017
North Okanagan sales of single family, attached-wall and apartment properties totaled 160 units in October 2017, which was down by -11% when compared to the same month in 2016. However, by the same comparison new listings in this market were down by -12% in October 2017 amidst a sales-to-listing ratio that equaled 116%.
Overall, the average sale price was +10% higher in October 2017 by comparison to October 2016 (+10% year-to-date) while inventory levels remained lower by -20%.
