Central Okanagan Residential Real Estate Trends: January 2018
Central Okanagan sales of single family, attached-wall and apartment properties totaled 297 units in January 2018, which was up by 33.8% when compared to the same month in 2017.
Comparatively, overall inventory levels remained low by historical standards, but none-the-less higher (+28.6%) than the historically low inventory levels that were present in January 2017.
Overall, the average sale price was +13% higher in January 2018 by comparison to January 2017, but -7% lower than in December 2017.
