EstateVue and KNEW Realty Research to partner in real estate based intelligence & analytics tools

Software is under development for consumers to make better analytical decisions before they consider buying, selling or investing in local real estate.

KELOWNA, B.C. November 29, 2018

EstateVue has partnered with KNEW Realty Research to provide Okanagan house hunters, real estate agents, brokerages and property developers past and present real estate sales data and other intelligent real estate trend and market readiness tools.  The software is designed to show complex market and census data to consumers in an easy to read format, allowing them to make better analytical decisions before they consider buying, selling or investing in local real estate. The data tools will feature prominently on a new locally focused real estate news and listing portal launching through EstateVue at the end of the first quarter of 2019. An API is also in the works, so that real estate professionals and developers can plug individual data widgets into their own websites for consumer use.

The new real estate portal will contain locally driven real estate content based exclusively around the Okanagan real estate market. Geared towards local house hunters, real estate developers and real estate agents, the new online portal will provide an in depth, analytical view of the local real estate market with complimentary photos and unique local content.  The new portal is tentatively being called ‘Discover Real Estate in Kelowna’ and is being touted by the involved parties as a go to destination for online real estate searchers to browse live real estate listings in Kelowna using the Canadian Real Estate Association’s (CREA) Data Distribution Facility (DDF) with the added benefit of KNEW’s extensive data sets and research. The new online real estate portal will also have listings for rentals and commercial properties.

“Working with real estate data is nothing new for us at EstateVue, we’ve been doing this for over 10 years”, says CEO of EstateVue, Ryan Grundy, “however, we are very excited about the data driven tools that we have been able to develop recently, since joining up with the guys from KNEW. They bring an analytical variable to the table that is currently missing from the local landscape and we are really excited to finally provide consumers with the real data like drilled in neighbourhood specific sold’s, comparables, hot market segments and more.  Up until now consumers have been missing this data to truly make an informed decision on real estate sales in the Okanagan.”

At the time of launch in early 2019 the new portal will include exclusive content and detailed mapping of both popular and obscure Kelowna developments and neighbourhoods.  “As data analysts KNEW is able to provide unique information, charts and infographics via public data sets, which EstateVue can then translate to intrinsic data that is pertinent to house hunters when making a decision on where to buy and potentially when to sell your property in Kelowna. In the past, consumers have always had to go through a real estate agent for this publicly available, but not easily accessible information,” states sales, marketing and research partner at KNEW Realty Research, Richard Kuprowsky. Kuprowsky goes on to say, “We can’t wait to put the power of data into the hands of the consumer where it rightfully belongs and this portal and partnership will help to do that. We have no doubt this will be the go to real estate offering in the Okanagan region.”
